A telecommunications and internet provider, Three UK was launched in March 2003 as the UK’s first commercial 100% 3G network, and currently provides 3G, 4G and 5G (certain areas) services through its own network. Three’s implementation of WorkForce Software in 2017 was part of an effort to increase scheduling and forecasting efficiencies and to reduce payroll errors. In addition, Three had many workforce management challenges that they were looking to resolve. Once WorkForce Forecasting and Scheduling was implemented, they were able to reap the benefits of the solution, making work easier and more efficient for the entire workforce.
