Mark Kurowski Brings Extensive Executive Management Experience to New Role with Rapidly Growing Company
LIVONIA, Mich. (February 4, 2013) – WorkForce Software, the leading provider of workforce management solutions for organizations with complex labor policies and stringent compliance demands, today announced that Mark Kurowski has joined the company as Vice President of Global Services. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring timely and successful client service delivery, while contributing to the company’s growth and bringing greater efficiencies to its operations.
Kurowski has extensive leadership experience in multiple business areas, including account management, project management and product management. He recently worked for global information technology company Ciber, where he held the positions of solutions director, vice president/area director of Enterprise Accounts Group and vice president, North America Delivery Management Organization. In this last role, he was responsible for the delivery execution of a $500 million consulting business, which involved overseeing delivery performance and governance, P&L management and resourcing while supporting a team of more than 3,500 consultants. Prior to Ciber, Kurowski managed the development of new business opportunities at Netscape Communications Corporation.
He joins WorkForce Software during a time of rapid and sustained growth. The company received a Hire Power Award from Inc. magazine in December 2012 in recognition of their leading rate of private sector job creation over the past three years, as well as recorded a 27 percent year-over-year gain in bookings through the first half of 2012, with the annual figures expected to maintain this trajectory. As the company continues to experience high demand for its workforce management and next-generation data capture solutions, Kurowski will help to ensure successful client delivery and guide continued development and expansion of its professional services team.
