Company adds Industry Leaders Lisa Disselkamp, China Gorman and Carol Boyer to Impressive Roster of Thought Leaders

LIVONIA, Mich. The event aims to bring together users of the company’s EmpCenter® workforce management platform to share how their organizations leverage the software to enable strategic HR operations.

Attendees of the conference will have the opportunity to hear from a diverse and notable group of thought leaders and subject matter experts, including Lisa Disselkamp, director at Deloitte Consulting LLP; China Gorman, CEO of CMG Group; and Carol Boyer, policy advisory for the Office of Disability Employment Policy, U.S. Department of Labor. As a leader and visionary in the workforce technology industry, Lisa Disselkamp has helped numerous organizations increase their productivity and profits through the strategic use of workforce management technology. She is an accomplished business leader, consultant and speaker, and she is the author of two books on workforce management technology, No Boundaries and Working the Clock. During her session, “Metrics with Meaning: Using Labor Data to Inform Business Strategy,” Disselkamp will discuss ways organizations can identify specific labor metrics and harness an automated workforce management solution to collect and share actionable information across all levels of the enterprise.

China Gorman has held strategic leadership roles in the human capital management sector for more than 25 years and is an in-demand speaker and thought leader in the broad human resources marketplace. Gorman has delivered presentations to business, professional, corporate and academic groups on topics related to the strategic value of HR, culture and engagement, career management and implementing effective people management strategies. At Vision 2012, Gorman will present a session titled, “Boosting Project Success: Best Practices in Change Management,” focused on highlighting the people elements of a technology implementation, and offering guidance on how to get employees engaged with – and supportive of – a new workforce management strategy.

With more than 30 years in the academic, federal, private and nonprofit sectors, a majority of which have been in the disability field, Carol Boyer offers an unparalleled scope of service in this area. Since joining the Department of Labor in 2006, she has served as lead policy advisor on the Aging and Disability initiative, heads the agency’s Workplace Flexibility initiative and co-chairs the Women and Trauma Federal Partners’ Committee. Boyer will join Paul Kramer, WorkForce Software’s director of compliance, to present “Assuring Compliance in a Changing World,” a session that will discuss known and emerging compliance concerns and how a comprehensive automated approach can increase productivity, profits and positive employee engagement for enhanced ROI.
