Company Adds New Industries to Client Roster and Gains Recognition with Industry Analysts

Livonia, Michigan – August 13, 2010WorkForce Software, the leading provider of workforce management solutions for organizations with complex policies and compliance concerns, reports continued growth for the company with new clients, 20-percent increase in staff, and expanded solution offerings during the first half of 2010.

Expanding Client Portfolio
In the first and second quarter of 2010, WorkForce Software added several new organizations to its client portfolio, as well as expanded and extended its relationship with existing clients. New enterprise clients include AMF Bowling Centers, Inc. and one of the largest producers of vegetable and fruit canning in the U.S., both of which licensed EmpCenter® Delivered, our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. EmpCenter Delivered offers the same flexible and scalable solution as our installed model without the capital expense; software license and software configuration fees are rolled into the cost of monthly subscription charges.

“We expected to see an increase in EmpCenter Delivered subscriptions in 2010, but it has far exceeded our expectations,” said WorkForce Software’s Senior Vice President Howard Tarnoff. “Our unique SaaS platform enables organizations to better manage their workforce and improve performance in a very cost-effective way.

Expanding Product Offerings
In May, WorkForce Software launched EmpCenter To Go, a Smartphone-based application designed to extend the value of the EmpCenter suite by un-tethering employees and managers from the desktop without sacrificing data completeness, accuracy or access. Now employees, managers, and HR professionals can perform workforce management activities directly from their Smartphone anytime, anywhere. Ideal for field-based, remote, or geographically dispersed employees, EmpCenter To Go ensures organizations have real-time data about their workforce to ensure productivity and better allocation of resources at all times.

WorkForce Software also introduced version 7.9 of its enterprise-grade EmpCenter workforce management suite, adding functionality to further streamline the day-to-day activities of human resources and payroll professionals. Key additions include enhanced ability to approve individual activities within a timesheet and more robust off-cycle payroll support.
