Ms. Felicia Cheek brings to The Hackett Group more than fifteen years of experience in payroll advisory, operational, technical and consulting roles. Over the last five years, her major focus has been on achieving payroll efficiencies through effective utilization of technology, self-service and standardized policies, and procedures across the organization. Prior to joining Hackett, she was a consultant on a large human resource outsourcing project where she was required to assist the client in realizing operational efficiencies in a financially challenging environment with major labor agreements. She also held positions as an internal payroll consultant at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and managed payrolls for several large hotel chains through her role as an Account Manager for ADP. Ms. Cheek is well known in the payroll profession and a sought after speaker.
