WorkForce Software & GENYOUth
WorkForce Dreambuilder Experience
Annually, we go on a star search to find students in the Detroit metro area to be a part of our inaugural class of #WFSDreamBuilders. Students propose their best ideas on how they could make their schools more conducive to health and wellness. After a strict interview and selection process, 8 students are invited to participate in the WorkForce Dream Builder Experience– a two day full immersion workshop at our Livonia, MI headquarters to see how the business works. At the end of the year, students unveil their final projects in a town hall event.
Fueling the Future of Work Scholarship
We hold two annual scholarships for students to help them reach and recognize their full potential at school. Our scholarships will be granted to one lucky student from Detroit, MI & one lucky student from New York, NY. Recipients will also receive mentorship from a dedicated WorkForce Software employee.
Adopt a School
We are currently partnered with two inner city schools:
New York, NY
Edward A. Reynolds High Westside High School
102 West 102nd Street, New York, New York 10025
Detroit, MI
Detroit Leadership Academy Middle High School
5845 Auburn St., Detroit MI 48228
Our partnership with these schools is to encourage engagement and active mentorships to help students gain insight into the business and technology world.
