- 360° Prepare – through this service, we collaborate and develop a game plan for transforming your workforce management strategy into the day-to-day operation of your business. We work with you to identify key business goals driving corporate decisions, map those goals to actionable events and determine which implementation and support approach would be the most beneficial for your organization, as well as establish goals, guidelines and metrics against which we can measure our performance.
- 360° Audit – through this process, we work with you and your team to identify existing gaps in processes or policies. It is during this phase where we commonly identify areas where clients may be out of compliance with state, federal or corporate policies and can recommend a specific course of action for closing those gaps. Our 360 Audits include our Compliance Audits, to help you identify any areas where you are out of compliance with state, federal, or corporate regulations.
- 360° Assessments– this phase is aimed at assessing and advising organizations on both technical infrastructure and ‘best practice’ approaches for their workforce management activities. Assessment activities and reports include:
- Technical Assessments – evaluation of current technical environment and identification of any potential areas for upgrade or adjustment prior to implementation
- Process Assessments – evaluation of current workforce management processes, overall goals and objectives and recommend ‘best practice’ aimed at closing any gaps
- Requirements Assessments – thorough review and documentation of all necessary business, technical, legal, regulatory and operational requirements which will be configured within EmpCenter
- Training Assessments – includes a thorough assessment of your organization’s educational needs, including the identification of employee skill levels, development of custom-tailored curricula and the preparation and delivery of both pre- and post-training reports for management.
