WorkForce Management Solutions that Enable Strategic HR

Customer Education – EmpCenter® Workforce Management

WorkForce Software AcademyWhether you’re getting ready to launch EmpCenter throughout your organization, or you have new hires in need of training, WorkForce Software’s Customer Education is available with a full range of courses, materials, and methodology tailored to your organization’s unique needs.

Based on customer experiences, this training methodology is the most efficient way to get your organization ready for a new workforce management solution. We have classroom and train-the-trainer methodologies targeted at specific functional roles within each organization. For example, an HR director will use the system differently than an average employee might, and an IT director will use the system differently than a payroll manager would. Our trainers take this into consideration when creating a program that provides the most value to our customers.

Customer Education includes a variety of courses in the following areas:

  • Prepare for defining your workforce management requirements
  • Prepare for installing, testing and deploying EmpCenter
  • Using EmpCenter – employees and managers
  • Technical support of EmpCenter
  • Business rule configuration within EmpCenter

WorkForce Software Academy Course Descriptions

The key to using any software system successfully is proper training. First-class training, coupled with your commitment to the implementation, makes the transition to the new system easier. We generally recommend a train the trainer approach. Our staff provides application training to ensure you can quickly and efficiently use your workforce management system. We deliver customized training to fit your needs. We focus on training people to use the system and the processes and procedures needed to make the system work. We educate your trainers on the new software and business practices so they can then train your users on the system. WorkForce Software also provides technical training to teach you how to properly install and maintain the software and related system components should you decide to install the product in your environment. Typically, training is conducted on-site, but training is also available at our Livonia, Michigan, headquarters and some sessions can be conducted via web-based conferencing.

Our training includes courses designed to help you with tasks during all phases of the project, from preparing to define the business requirements for your system through to system testing and system maintenance.
