The law firm of Stember Feinstein Doyle & Payne, LLC has filed a collective action lawsuit to recover unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") for salaried help desk, client support, customer service, and account management workers who have been employed by Fiserv, Inc. (NASD: FISV) or its subsidiaries, including Fiserv CIR, during the past three years. The lawsuit is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. [more]
