EmpCenter Time and Attendance

The heart of EmpCenter is its Time and Attendance system. The time and attendance system uses a module which provides a self-service method of accurately gathering time worked for each employee. Employee time and attendance can be collected using badge readers, web browser-based clocks, web timesheet entries, phones, or other equipment.

Your organization’s specific HR and payroll policies are configured in the software for each employee group. Regardless of how complex these policies are, the EmpCenter rules engine automates calculations for pay rates, overtime, shift differentials, and meal deductions, so payroll is correct, painless, and on-time every time.

Supervisors are automatically alerted by email when an exception to any rule occurs, so corrective action can be taken immediately. Automatic routing ensures that timesheets, time-off requests, and other employee interactions are routed to the approving manager or, if unavailable, their delegate.

The EmpCenter time and attendance system lets employees can manage and view personal information such as timesheets, time-off requests, work schedules, or time-off balances using a web browser. Reminders or notices can be sent via email.
