EmpCenter Scheduling

EmpCenter Scheduling lets managers control work hours by creating schedules for employees. Once in place, a schedule may prevent an employee from punching into work too early or claiming un-approved overtime.

Schedules can be used in a variety of ways to manage the workforce. Of course you will want to publish the schedules for employees so that they can see when they are scheduled to work. With the self service functions the publishing of schedules can be done online if preferred.

Other innovative uses of EmpCenter Scheduling include the use of schedules to default timesheets, generate exceptions when employees do not work their scheduled hours, detect employee employees are late, and prevent unauthorized overtime.
