High Volume Timekeeper Entry Functionality

WorkForce Software provides multiple methods to collect time, attendance, and labor distribution information. Many organizations choose to use one of a variety of automated data collection options to capture this information at the source as it occurs. Other organizations use Employee Self Service functions to collect this information directly from employees.

However, in many environments, neither of these methods is appropriate. In these situations timekeepers would have to enter information into the time and attendance solution for large numbers of employees. WorkForce Software’s team of consultants will work with you to ensure that timekeeper entry is the right approach.

If timekeeper entry is selected, WorkForce Software provides a series of web-pages to facilitate entry based on the WorkForce Best Practices. These entry screens are keyboard friendly and are optimized for fast, heads down data entry. A variety of high volume and crew based entry screens are provided to speed data entry regardless of how often time is collected, how large the crews are, and the format or sequence of data entry.
