Demand-Based Scheduling — Enables each group or department to create schedules specific to that department’s forecasted demand for labor. Approved leave requests are written directly to the schedule, and the employee is automatically marked as unavailable for regular work. Multiple vacation groups can be managed so that one set of employees can be approved for vacation following one set of rules, and another group can be approved following a different set of rules.
