LIVONIA, Mich. (Oct. 12, 2015) – WorkForce Software announced plans to further scale the business by bringing on board three new top executives to transform and accelerate the company’s growth. To meet its goals, Mike Morini joins as the new Chief Executive Officer, Denise Broady as the Chief Marketing Officer, and Peter Jackson as Vice President of Cloud Services. Co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer Kevin Choksi, who led the company for sixteen years, will transition to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Working in joint partnership with the rest of the WorkForce Software executive team, they will build out the company’s enablement and solutions while scaling the business to address the needs of current and future clients.

Morini is a 30-year software industry veteran experienced in growing and scaling enterprise software companies. With extensive experience building out global cloud-based platforms, Morini has helped shape and guide multiple fast-growth companies in the cloud arena. His obsession with meeting customer needs and building a world-class ecosystem makes him a great fit for driving the go-forward strategy at WorkForce Software.

As more customers are moving to the cloud, Peter Jackson has been added to expand cloud infrastructure investments. Jackson is a 25-year seasoned leader with a long career of helping technology companies design, build, and operate data centers, software, and cloud-based solutions. Most recently he spent five years at Kabam, a Silicon Valley gaming firm, as they scaled up operations to support multiple data centers around the world.
