With over two decades of experience in the IT sector, Holincheck is a true thought leader in the development, implementation, and strategic use of HR technology. Complete Vision 2010 Agenda Now Available
In addition to announcing Holincheck’s participation, the complete Vision 2010 agenda is now available. Ideally suited for department leaders and practitioners in HR, payroll, IT, operations, and finance, Vision 2010 features two distinct tracks:
- Business & Strategy Track: Attendees will learn best practices from leading organizations on how to utilize their EmpCenter® workforce management solution to mitigate complex labor policies and processes, ensure compliance, and enable strategic leadership.
- Tools & Techniques Track: Attendees will gain greater insight into the technical aspects of workforce management, including strategies and techniques for optimizing labor activity practices and helping other systems and departments throughout the enterprise to leverage workforce management data for better, more informed decision making.
“After more than a decade of meeting the complex workforce management needs of companies and institutions from around the globe, I’m proud to see such active client participation in our first user conference,” stated Kevin Choksi, WorkForce Software’s co-founder and CEO. “The majority of Vision 2010 sessions will be presented in conjunction with our clients, providing a true opportunity for attendees to learn how top performing organizations use EmpCenter workforce management. Looking at our sessions, I see a real potential for attendees who only use the minimum capabilities in EmpCenter to expand their use and see significant benefits.”
The Vision 2010 conference will be held at the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Over 50-percent of the sessions are case studies presented by WorkForce Software clients who will discuss business strategy and best practices in all areas of workforce management and technology. Hands-on workshops and discussions will be at the heart of the conference, allowing attendees to be active participants – not just viewers.
At the conclusion of the four-day event, current and prospective WorkForce Software clients will leave with greater insight into upcoming solution enhancements, best practices of their peers, and ultimately be better equipped to enhance their own workforce management strategies and improve the performance of their business.
“Vision 2010 represents an outstanding way for current and prospective users to come together, learn about our latest solutions and – most importantly – learn from each other,” said 30-year industry veteran Howard Tarnoff, WorkForce Software’s senior vice president. “Through this conference, we will reinforce our client community in a way that will extend far beyond the conclusion of the event.”
