CT120: Database Schema and Report Writing

This course provides the foundation information to become acquainted with WorkForce’s report development capabilities and learn the data stored in the system. Attendees will also learn details regarding where time and attendance data is stored in the WorkForce Time and Attendance database and how to access it for reports, exports, or other purposes. The course also includes report design basics, how to access data to create useful reports, how Report Designer and WorkForce work together, and advanced techniques for designing and creating reports using the Report Designer.


Anyone who will develop custom reports, build reports to view WorkForce Time and Attendance data, or build views of the data stored in WorkForce Suite.
