Chief Executive Officer
Mike Morini’s approach to driving company growth is centered on employees, customers, and the broader community of partners and analysts. Mike is a 30-year software veteran experienced in growing and scaling enterprise software companies. With an extensive background building out global cloud-based platforms, he has helped shape and guide multiple fast-growth companies in the cloud arena. Before joining WorkForce Software, Mike was previously in CEO and COO positions at SAP, Aria Systems, OutlookSoft, InterWorld, and Verbind. Mike holds a BA from Colgate University.
Senior Vice President of Sales – North America
Michael has over 25 years of experience in leading sales teams for global, cloud-based technology providers. Prior to WorkForce Software, he has held executive level positions with Oracle, IBM, Plateau Systems and Vastera, Inc. In his career, he has had extensive experience in HCM application sales and operations for global software organizations. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University as well as a MSE and MBA from the University of Michigan.
Senior Vice President of Sales – EMEA & APJ
David Vonk leads sales for EMEA and APJ along with the global account relationship managers. Dave has a diverse background in software sales, services and customer success management, and he spent several years in financial and technology operations in the banking industry. Dave has been instrumental in various leadership roles, helping companies align their customer acquisition, implementation and support models for accelerated growth and optimal performance. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, he held leadership roles at FICO, SAP, Aria Systems and PivotLink. Dave earned a BS in Finance from Miami University.
Chief Operating Officer
Denise Broady oversees the global marketing organization and is also responsible for the end-to-end customer experience including customer success, global support, training and enablement. Previous to WorkForce Software, Denise was the Global COO of the Industry Cloud organization at SAP running strategy, marketing, communications and operations. With over 21 years of experience in sales and marketing for technology, she has successfully launched new products, worked with developing markets, scaled global organizations, implemented integrated marketing and communication plans, enabled business development and much more. She is also a two-time published author on Risk and Compliance, Performance Management and Business Intelligence: GRC for Dummies (2008) and Driven to Perform (2009). Denise holds a double degree in Production and Operations and Marketing from Virginia Tech.
Senior Vice President of Global Services
Alan is responsible for the global execution of implementation and services projects. He works with customers and partners to successfully implement global solutions so they recognize the value of their Workforce Software solutions within their organizations. With over 25 years of leadership in software product development, operations, and professional services, Alan has a proven track record of achieving the strategic goals of the organization and driving business results. Prior to joining Workforce Software, he held senior leadership roles at IQNavigator, JDA Software, RedPrairie, and Direct Supply, Inc. Alan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Vice President of Global Resellers
As the Vice President of Global Alliances, Kevin Haus is responsible for defining and executing WorkForce Software’s business plan for global growth through strategic alliances and channel partners. His team focuses on all aspects of partner relationships, from recruiting strategic partners to establishing new partner programs and optimizing alliances with existing partnerships to increase revenue. Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree at Creighton University and brings more than 11 years of cloud experience and alliance leadership to his role.
Vice President of Global System Integrators & Business Development
James Huang is responsible for building an ecosystem that is globally integrated to drive customer success as they deploy WorkForce Solutions. Prior to WorkForce Software, James was the VP of Service Partners at Workday running the partner ecosystems for software deployment. He has over 20 years of experience in alliances and channels at blue chip software companies such as Siebel, SAP and Workday. He has successfully launched and built alliances and channels, created go to market initiatives, scaled large consultant ecosystems, operated in emerging markets, scaled global channel organizations, implemented systems and processes to drive accelerated growth. James holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is a California CPA.
Chief Financial Officer
Bringing over two decades of strategic financial leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies, global technology start-ups and a top CPA firm to his role at WorkForce Software, Bob Feller oversees all finance and accounting, as well as information technology and legal functions. Prior to joining the company, he was the CFO of Palace Sports & Entertainment, the parent company of the Detroit Pistons NBA franchise. He also spent 16 years building and leading effective finance, accounting, HR and IT teams at growing technology companies and directed a successful IPO at Salesforce. A Michigan native, Bob holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Leslie Tarnacki, GPHR
Vice President of Human Resources and General Manager of WFS Australia
Leslie Tarnacki brings more than 16 years of executive level HR experience to her role at WorkForce Software. In this position, Leslie is responsible for all global HR functions, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and succession planning. She also partners with the leadership team on employee engagement strategies and sustaining a high performance culture. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, Leslie led HR teams for companies such as New World Systems, Dorado Software, AiMetrix and Frontier Communications.
Vice President and General Counsel
Christopher Herter is responsible for the legal framework surrounding all corporate initiatives. He provides senior management with legal guidance on company strategies, directly negotiates complex customer transactions and leads the WorkForce Software legal team in support of all WorkForce Software global business units. Christopher has over 17 years of legal experience in representing software, technology and Fortune 500 companies. Christopher has a BBA (Accounting) from Western Michigan University, and a JD from the University of Michigan.
Senior Vice President of Product Development and Operations – WF&S
Ronan leads product development and cloud infrastructure services for WorkForce Software’s forecasting and scheduling solutions. With over 20 years’ experience in building some of the industry’s finest on-premise, hosted and SaaS products, he takes pride in cultivating high-performing software engineering teams that are innovative and focused on the customer. His experience includes leading engineering and product teams at Workplace, Avvivo.com, Amdocs, SmartForce and CBT Systems Ronan holds a BS (with first class honors) in Electronic Engineering (B.Eng) from Dublin City University.
Senior Vice President of Product Development and Operations – WT&A
John Williams brings 30 years’ enterprise software experience to his role as leader of product development and cloud services for Workforce Time and Attendance products. These teams are responsible for delivering and supporting industry-leading products to meet the requirements of customers across the globe, as well as a highly automated, highly scalable private cloud software delivery platform. John seeks to foster a culture of innovation, passion for excellence, business alignment and focus in the teams he leads. He has previously held executive positions at ForeSee, Micro Focus and Compuware. He holds two engineering degrees from the University of Michigan.
