WorkForce Software Clients
Creating Long-Term Partnerships
Our clients represent dozens of industries and have an equally diverse set of workforce management needs, but share some common threads: a desire to automate complex requirements, ensure compliance with regulations, enable strategic HR initiatives, and provide their employees with an easy to use workforce management solution. Simply put, EmpCenter was the best able to meet their unique requirements.
Providing the right solution is just one aspect of a successful partnership, however—and WorkForce Software is dedicated to forging lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships with our clients. We believe client satisfaction is at the core of our success, and that long-term, collaborative relationships are often the most successful.
A client retention rate consistently above 95% suggests that we’re doing pretty well. Our clients play a huge role in this, and we’re very grateful for our support. And their partnership ethic has spurred us to further expand the roles and programs designed to maximize our clients’ WorkForce Software investments.
Capturing the Voice of the Customer
We understand that our success as an organization and your success as a workforce management professional are intertwined, and having a formal and open channel for communication is important making that partnership grow and thrive.
- Dedicated Contact – each WorkForce Software client works directly with a Client Success Manager (CSM); an industry veteran with broad reach inside and outside of our organization. CSMs serve as client advocates, sounding boards, and strategic advisors, introduced during the initial engagement and remaining in close contact through the duration of the relationship. When there’s an opportunity to co-present at an industry conference, or when there would be added value in bringing in the expertise of other WorkForce Software resources, the CSM also acts as a coordinator and strategic facilitator—creating connections and ensuring steady progress towards business objectives.
- Client Board of Advisors – available to all WorkForce Software clients with Gold-level support, the Client Board of Advisors (CBOA) serves as a forum for exchanging ideas with peers and with WorkForce Software’s leadership team. The CBOA meets on a quarterly basis, virtually or in person, and hosts an open discussion about emerging workforce management opportunities or other activities affecting the business. Members also receive early views of planned EmpCenter enhancements and the ability to provide feedback on our strategic direction.
- Vision User Conference – WorkForce Software clients, partners, and team members converge for a multi-day conference that blends networking, product roadmap updates, and insights from industry leaders and keynote presenters. A conference for clients and by clients, Vision 2010 set the bar high with presentations led by more than a dozen EmpCenter workforce management suite users, as well as an interactive panel discussion and multiple industry-specific forums. This collaborative approach has been carried into the planning of Vision 2012. Clients can also continue the conversations year-round through a private LinkedIn community, where they can reach out to peers or WorkForce Software experts for insight, as well as to receive advance news about upcoming events.
