Conference Fees

Use the Conference Discount Code: WFS6 to register by July 31st and receive $100 off your registration!
Standard Registration: $695 which includes:

  • Access to all general and breakout sessions

  • Access to the Partner and Performance Pavilion

Please note: Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel reservations and associated costs.

Ways to Save

  • Group Discount: Register and pay for four (4) full conference attendees from your company and get 25% off each attendee’s registration fee.
  • Use the Conference Discount Code: WFS6 to register by July 31st and receive $100 off your registration.
  • Group Hotel Rate: Book your hotel room through our group discount to ensure you get the lowest possible rate. Don’t forget to book early!

Your Guests

WorkForce Software would like to extend an invitation for your guests to join us at our Welcome Reception on Sunday, as well as our Client Appreciation Event on Tuesday evening for a cost of $225.00. Register your guests during the conference registration process.

Cancellations

We understand that situations arise and you may need to cancel your registration. WorkForce Software will extend a full refund minus a $100 processing fee, until October 1, 2010. All cancellations must be made in writing by October 1, 2010, via email to the Vision 2010 Event Management Team.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled directly through the Gaylord Palms. Hotel deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring up to three days prior to arrival.

Substitutions

If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another person from your company at no additional charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Vision 2010 Event Management Team with the names of the original and substitute registrant. Substitutions must be made prior to October 29, 2010.
