Room Rate
Attendees are invited to take advantage of the discounted group rate of $139 ($124.00 room rate plus $15.00 resort fee upon check-in).
Room reservations received after the cut-off date of October 8, 2010 will be confirmed on a space available basis at the group rate. Reservations require a deposit of one night’s stay plus tax, and are only refundable for cancellations occurring up to three days prior to arrival.
The WorkForce Software group rate will be honored from Thursday, November 4, 2010 to Saturday, November 13, 2010.

Providing more than 60 years of transportation service in Orlando, Mears Transportation has partnered with Gaylord Palms to ensure a first-class experience from the very beginning. A member of Mears Transportation can bring you directly from the Orlando International Airport to the hotel as part of their 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. There is a fee for this service.

Shuttle Service to Theme Parks
Gaylord Palms offers complimentary scheduled shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World theme parks and Downtown Disney. A daily schedule is available at the concierge desk.
Airline Discounts
American Airlines
American Airlines is pleased to offer the following discount for Vision 2010 conference attendees. The discount is valid for travel to and from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, American Airline Codeshares and all Oneworld carriers provides service, as long as one segment is on American Airlines metal. Travel on Alaska Airlines is excluded from our group discount. This discount may not be used in conjunction with other discounted type fares - i.e. senior, child, military/government, or companion.

Booking Your Flight
The American Airlines flight fare discount of 5% is available for travel dates from November 5, 2010 to November 13, 2010. The discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com for AA/AE flights only without a ticketing charge, allow at least 1 business hour for AA.com loading. Use the Authorization Number: 87N0AJ.
There will also be a separate ticketing fee of $20.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport. Ticketing fees and currency may vary for tickets purchased outside the United States and Canada. Taxes, fees and surcharges are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the tickets have been purchased. There is not a ticketing fee for reservations made and purchased on www.aa.com.
Itineraries involving Oneworld or codeshare partner airlines can be booked via the phone through our Meeting Services Department at 800-433-1790 for passengers calling from the US and Canada, or via your local AA reservations number for international attendees with your Promotion code. A ticketing service fee will apply for reservations made via the phone or in person at an AA counter.
Special Conditions
One name-change per ticket is allowed up to 48 hours prior to departure for the applicable administrative service charge and fare difference (if applicable).
Rental Car Discounts
